Nitrogen gas is the residual analysis, so its significance is not big, but the reference is if the nitrogen content is high, then the combustible components decreased.

The oxygen in the gas except under special circumstances, generally about 0.2-0.4%, close to or more than 1% that burn or partial gasification phenomenon.

Hydrocarbon gas in the 0.2-0.4% in general, will not change.

The gas in the methane in general about 1.8-2.2%, do not change.

The remainder is carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen, change these three components with the furnace changes and the attendant is large, so the daily according to these three components to adjust the operation.

1, when there is high carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide is low, indicating that the furnace in the reduction reaction, incomplete reduction layer is too thin or too thin seam, high surface temperature, therefore should be appropriate (thick coal seam in the material layer is high, may be appropriate to increase the speed of ash).

2, when the carbon dioxide is high, low and high carbon monoxide, hydrogen, saturated with that temperature is too high, resulting in a large amount of heat is absorbed by water vapor decomposition, at this time should be appropriate lower saturation temperature.

3, when hydrogen is too high, should pay attention to the saturation temperature down properly, and check whether there is Water Leakage phenomenon.

4, when hydrogen is low, while carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide content is still normal, at this time should be appropriate to increase the saturation temperature.

5, when there is high carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and hydrogen is low, and low, this also shows that the material layer is too thin or burn the phenomenon, we must reduce the furnace temperature of thick coal seam.

Gas composition analysis is just one of the basis of adjusting operation, so the adjustment can not only by the gas component analysis data, at the same time with the instrument, measuring drill analysis, slag, comprehensive consideration.
