Is the rest of the carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen, these three components with the furnace condition fluctuation and
the resulting changes are big, so according to these three components to adjust the daily operation.
1. When there is a high carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide is low, whereas in incomplete reduction reaction, reduction layer is too
thin or too thin coal seams, the surface temperature is high, so should be more appropriate coal seam (when the material layer,
can be appropriately increased ash speed).
2. When there is a high carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrogen and on the high side, shows that saturation temperature too
high, so that caused a lot of heat absorption by water vapour decomposition, at this time should be properly lowered saturation
temperature.
3. When a hydrogen on the high side, should pay attention to the appropriate lower saturation temperature, and check whether
there is leakage phenomenon.
4. When there is a low hydrogen, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide content is normal, should now properly increase the
saturation temperature.
5. When there is a high carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen gas on the low side, at this time also suggests that the bed
there are burning through phenomenon, or thin at this time to be upset of coal seam, reduce the furnace temperature.
Gas composition analysis is one of the adjustment on the basis of operation, so when the adjustment can't light on gas component
analysis of data, at the same time to combine instrument, pin analysis, slag, considering synthetically.
