Conventional generator maintenance, not only including mechanical and pipeline maintenance, maintenance also includes electric 

instrument, so the acceptance shall be from mechanical equipment, piping, electrical and instrumentation, etc.

To fire workers to participate in the acceptance mainly begin from the following points:

1, First check whether the mechanical equipment, electrical equipment and instrumentation is all in all, and installed correctly. 

Must be a lot of parts and components.

2, All into the hole (except for the furnace into the hole) should be closed.

3, All water seal should be add water, stir bar water seal, water seal of furnace bottom and double riser water seal and tossing 

in the largest water seal should be in the state of the overflow (double riser in the overflow on the state of water sealing), 

and in the rest of the water seal should not have water seepage phenomenon.

4, The ash tray water seal up to 150 mm from the ash tray edge. Ash tray split should not have the phenomenon of water leakage 

and water penetration.

5, Occurrence boiler water and steam concentrator feed water, and check the water jacket and steam concentrator no 

leakage phenomenon.

6 All generator connecting pipe should be flexible valve switch, and the leakage phenomenon has not been found.

7, All lubricating points, should be injected into lubricating oil or grease, so that it is in good lubrication condition.

8, Power supply has been switched on, switch or button can correct operation.
